Respecting the theory of abundance, the reality is our resources are limited. Our money, time, physical energy, emotional or mental capacity is not infinite. This should give us enough reason to learn how to set healthy boundaries. Although flexibility is cherished, we all still need to stay true to ourselves and to others by setting our priorities straight. Being flexible more than our real capacity and without respecting our limits, sooner or later will lead to frustrations and excessive unreal expectations mostly not being met.
