Your Truth, not the Truth

Do you feel the urge to have all the answers? Do you have a hard time saying “I don’t know?”

The absolute truth is a broken mirror of which pieces reside in every single one of us. Hence, the only way of meeting the truth is relying on collective wisdom, gathering the pieces from all the people we meet and experiences we join.

The real leaders easily leave the stand of “Knowing it all” and approach everything with a beginner’s mind. They stay cautious with others, as they know their truth is not the absolute truth but just a fraction of the whole!

Let go of the need to know it all, to be right and go on a journey in quest of the truth! Ask yourself, “WHAT AM I MISSING?”, “WHAT I DO NOT KNOW?”, “WHERE IS MY BLINDSIDE”
