Face your Blindside

When was the last time you genuinely asked for someone’s feedback? Do you ignore others’ honest feedback without even giving it a thought taking it as a void comment or assuming that there is a negative intention behind it?

Blindside is a direction in which a person has a poor view of. The only way to get out of it, is to seek for others’ perspectives, those who have a better view of what we don’t know about ourselves.

Real leaders have the courage to actively seek feedback, they are willing to open their eyes to their blindside cause they know the only way to grow is to challenge today’s version of ourselves for a better version.

Dare to ask others: “What am I missing here? How can I be wrong? What is obvious to you that I’m blind to?” and genuinely hear what their inner wisdom is offering you.
