Have you ever abandoned a novel idea of yours cause you felt it’s so out of the box that might sound crazy?! Have you ever had to deal with that inner voice telling you: “If this is such a great idea, how come I thought of it and not anyone else?”
Being a leader needs the guts to stand out and be ridiculed for an idea which is weird, even lunatic, to others because it’s different from whatever they’ve known before. It takes one person to first value your idea and if you are wondering who that person is, do not go that far! The very first person who’s got to follow you is YOU! The very first person who’s got to believe in you is you!
Real leaders are the ones who are standing by their ideas, even when everyone is afraid of being the lone nut, to commit to make a change through their actions.
Ask yourself: “Which idea of mine I’m hiding from others, cause I believe it’s crazy?”
